Next Steps for the Playbook
Contact the Authors
The authors of this Playbook, Erin and Sara, wrote it with the goal of providing practical, actionable steps for teaching and learning leaders. It was written between April-July 2025 and is necessarily an incomplete effort. We know already of future sections to add to this Playbook, as well as sections we had hoped might have more breadth and depth.
As we share this Playbook more widely we invite – and hope – for continued feedback and engagement on what could be revised, added and removed. In particular, we continue to seek examples of how teaching and learning leaders are taking action at their institutions that we might share with the community.
To that end, we offer here the sections we aim to add before the next version of this Playbook is updated in spring 2026:
- Graduate student needs and perspectives on AI use
- Teaching assistant needs and perspective on AI use
- Further depth on AI and Indigenous Perspectives
- Further depth on AI and Accessibility
- Future(s) for post-secondary
For those willing to offer concrete revisions or feedback, please use this form to share your suggested changes. Form responses will be reviewed in January 2026.
